Who we are

EbookForge Studio (“we”, “us”) provides software that helps you write, illustrate, design and typeset ebooks. These terms apply to everyone who uses the app at book.aiweb.co.place. By creating an account you accept them.

The legal name of the business operating this service is Guettouch Djalal. You can reach us at djalal00@gmail.com for anything relating to these terms.

What the service is

EbookForge Studio generates book projects from a description you provide. For each project it writes a title, a hook, an outline and the chapters, composes a cover from our artwork library, and typesets the finished book so you can export it. Depending on your package you can export plain text, HTML, a print-ready PDF, and a Kindle EPUB file.

We do not guarantee a particular commercial outcome, income or level of sales from anything you create.

Plans and pricing

There is a free plan with a limited number of projects and chapters, and there are paid one-time packages that unlock more. The current price of every package is shown on our pricing page before you pay, and the features included in each package are listed there in full.

Paid packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You pay once and the package stays on your account. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as our reseller and merchant of record. This means your order is placed with Paddle, Paddle’s buyer terms and conditions apply to the transaction, and Paddle issues your invoice and handles any applicable tax.

We never receive or store your card details. If you have a question about a payment, an invoice or a refund, contact Paddle at help@paddle.com quoting your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate details when you sign up. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, to attack the service, or to infringe someone else’s rights.

What you create belongs to you

You keep the rights to the text and the finished books you produce with the studio, and you may sell or publish them commercially. We claim no ownership over your content and no share of your sales.

You are responsible for what you publish: check facts, hold the rights to anything you supply, and comply with the rules of the stores you sell through.

Our licence to you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use EbookForge Studio for as long as your account is active. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software itself, copy our artwork library for use outside the app, or attempt to extract or resell the underlying models or systems.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the studio to create or publish material that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone’s rights;
• promotes hate, violence, or the exploitation of any person;
• is designed to deceive readers, such as fabricated medical, legal or financial advice;
• is spam, or is mass-produced to manipulate a marketplace or search ranking.

Service availability

We aim to keep the studio available at all times, but we may need to interrupt it for maintenance or to fix a fault. We may also change or retire individual features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your work.

Limits of our liability

The studio is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guettouch Djalal is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live.
